The Power of The Sun
You want power without fuel - we can deliver it!
What is a Fresnel lens? It is the result of a technology that removes the bulk of glass that normally would be required for very large lenses, making them easy to handle and saving a huge amount of material that would otherwise be needed. By creating a flat plat that has the geometry of a lens broken into hundred or thousands of tiny grooves of precise angle and shape, a lens can be made very lightweight and easy to use.
These lenses can be used singly or in large arrays, capturing and concentrating sunlight so it can literally boil steel! Through it all, the lens itself remains absolutely cool to the touch.
| This is a Fresnel
lens array with automatic sun tracking and the ability to heat or
illuminate multiple targets simultaneously. This is perfect for
small CPV (concentrated photovoltaic) arrays. Each lens element
provides roughly 70 watts of power to a focal spot. This array
totals about 1.4 kilowatts of power. This unit was outfitted to collect heat and used oil as a transfer fluid. Your applications can be unlimited. With a heat sink or the use of gallium arsenide or multi-junction cells, you can use about 3%-5% of the solar cell area that you normally would use and still get the same power output. Many of these units can be slaved to the same tracker, permitting you to cover the rooftop of a building with active sun-tracking solar power! This also reduces the cost of your air conditioning, because every watt of power that this unit collects does not heat your rooftop! |

| Large custom array
systems are not a problem. Whatever your needs, we can provide a
solution. Imagine turning unused space into powerful solar
collectors and selling power back to the utility company. You
could get a check from the power company every month and become a net
producer of electricity. This is perfect for small communities with unreliable power supplies. Imagine making a "neighbor-grid" with you and your neighbors producing all the power you ever need. Living in the mountains or off-the-grid can mean having a small community power system that is independent of foreign oil. This IS national security. |

| Do you need a
single-lens solution? We have it! We can provide systems
capable of smelting small quantities of metal, firing small porcelain
items, making small batches of glass, or providing technical
demonstration of a proof-of-principle. Experimenting with solar
power? These are ideal systems for your needs. This is a one kilowatt system with automatic sun tracking. This prototype demonstrates the size and rough appearance. Your model will be far more refined, new pictures to be posted when our production run is completed. (Check back for the new images!) |

| Need more power?
We have it and you can too! This is 1.5 kilowatts of sun tracking Fresnel lens and it can easily bring small steel objects to a BOIL. We are not talking simply melting the steel, but literally boiling it into a vapor! All welded-steel construction, heavy duty gear or chain driven motor drives, your choice of finish color. Delivered design will vary from this image. After all, as our products develop, we bring you the best and most robust hardware as a result. We recommend a concrete apron and steel post for proper mounting of this and larger units. |

| Still not enough
power? Then you need to inquire about our large Fresnel arrays! This is 14 kilowatts of solar power! Ten Fresnel lenses in an array with automated sun tracking and all welded-steel construction will provide enough power to operate steam powered turbogeneration. No matter what your needs, from a few watts to many kilowatts, we can deliver. If you need more power than this, inquire about custom designed systems in the ranges from 20 kilowatts to the megawatts.
